My name is Esh Loh and I am a studied musician, composer & the founder of Tāla Yoga.
Since early childhood I have been intensely involved with music and am grateful to be a musician and a yogi.
My main concern is to be a channel of music and let it arise from silence.
Also in connection with yoga practice, I love to bring the commonalities of yoga and music to the fore.
Due to my diverse musical experiences in genres ranging from popular music, jazz & avant-garde to new classical, I draw from a rich pool of musical influences.

I studied percussion and piano at the renowned Hochschule für Musik und Theater "Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy" in Leipzig and graduated with a diploma.

I have been practising yoga daily for over 22 years and am involved with a wide variety of spiritual philosophies. A cancer illness in 2008 triggered a transformation process in me and I began to compose touching piano music in the field of new classical music.

»My mission is to touch people at their core with my music and to inspire them with the Tala Yoga method to live a conscious life in resonance with themselves and their environment.«

"The Yoga Piano Soundbath was the most spiritual experience of my life.
It was magical - just incredible." (Paula Meissner)

"The Soundbath was like an hour-long meditation. Afterwards I felt like I was cleared up inside and nourished at the same time, and I felt more balanced and content than I have in a long time."

(Ellen Baum)

For me, music is much more than just beautiful sound and entertainment.
You can use music as a spiritual tool to gain deep insights about yourself and life. You can learn from music what it means to be in resonance and harmony with yourself and your world. My contribution is to make it possible to experience the universal connection between spirituality and music in concerts, sound baths and the Tala Yoga method.

I was allowed to experience that the cosmic composition is perfect in itself and that everything we do and everything that seems to happen from outside is part of our self-created reality. Therefore, I am convinced that everyone can dissolve the illusion of separation for themselves, through the power of the spirit, and experience it as the source of bliss.

"Music is where the joy is - yoga is where the realisation is!
Where do you want to be?"
